I don't pressure myself to practice everyday - so there is "no self beating" allowed. Learn to practice compassion for yourself on the days when you don't make it to your mat. Also, dedicating your practice to something or someone else can also be a big motivator to helping you find time to practice. Whether it's 5 minutes or 15 minutes - figure out what motivates you to make it to your mat.
